Personal fitness training and nutritional advice. Apart from traditional gym workouts, I also do yoga, running, cycling and occasionally swimming. I focus on the basics such as feet, breathing and walking as well as connecting the mind to the body. Introductory classes are only paid when a collaboration is established.

In addition to a modern physiofitness facility, we offer various types of group classes, massages, nutritional counselling and psychomotor development counselling for babies. Our centre includes a children's playroom with babysitting. The first entrance to the fitness centre and the children's corner is free of charge. The centre includes its own parking lot.

We support operators, fitness entrepreneurs as well as personal trainers and group class instructors. Each of these groups will find information suitable for their activity or business.
