We teach the martial art of Aikido Iwama Ryu. We emphasize real self-defense and correct execution of techniques. Due to the low demand on physical strength, classes are suitable for men, women and children.

We are the first multifunctional fitness centre in Brandýs nad Labem. On an area of 750 m², you can find an air-conditioned fitness centre, where you will find fitness and combat sports enthusiasts, functional training and group classes such as yoga, circuit training, tabata, TRX, twerk and more.

Operation of a water slalom club. We focus on providing state and resort sports representation of the Czech Republic. The main task is to create conditions for sports preparation for top world competitions - Olympic Games, World Championships, European Championships and other important competitions.

Training for adults and children.

I offer services as a fitness and nutrition consultant with a focus on healthy living. I provide comprehensive services through fitness and circuit training, fitness yoga, health exercises, nutrition counseling, various wellness programs and alternative medicine or in-line skating individual and group.

Unique project of Fitness Centre - Space Gym in OC Spektrum Čestlice. On 1100 m2 you can work out on brand new Martix machines. We also take Multisport, Edenred, Benefit plus cards.
