My name is Martin Janosik, and I've been playing sports since I was a kid (12 years of football). I have been training for more than 12 years, and I have been doing personal training for 7 years. I help people to identify functional musculoskeletal disorders and then work to eliminate them. I believe you will enjoy working out with me.

We are a sports club focusing on Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). We train from children, beginners, advanced to the best Czech professional fighters.

Personal fitness training and nutritional advice. Apart from traditional gym workouts, I also do yoga, running, cycling and occasionally swimming. I focus on the basics such as feet, breathing and walking as well as connecting the mind to the body. Introductory classes are only paid when a collaboration is established.
