I am a certified fitness trainer of the Ministry of Education, an expert in physical training and a self-defence lecturer. My training experience was gained during my years of study in the army and police forces, where I had the opportunity to train with the best experts in the field of strength and endurance training.

We provide excellent conditions for fitness, bodybuilding, power triathlon and CrossFit training. We offer a wide variety of stations, a cardio zone, a functional zone, a CrossFit zone with a throw down area and squat cage, a punching bag, climbing ropes, personal and circuit training with trained coaches.

Operation of the fitness centre.

Operation of a skiing club. We focus on providing state and departmental sports representation of the Czech Republic. The main task is to create conditions for sports preparation for top world competitions - Olympic Games, World Championships, European Championships and other major competitions.
