The primary goal of the Academy is to advance strength and conditioning training at the level of Czech sports clubs, individual athletes, and amateur athletes. The long-term goal is to create a new system of training that strives for all-round sports readiness.

Rehabilitation, in our opinion, belongs in the gym. Based on this, we combine musculoskeletal correction with elements of strength training. We offer: rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system after injury, elimination of musculoskeletal pain, conditioning and fitness exercises, strength training of athletes sports massage.

We participate in official floorball competitions in all categories from the youngest pre-school to the men's team. At the same time we play competition with women, juniors and seniors. We accept members as young as 4 years old into the Lion Pack.
