I am a personal fitness trainer and active firefighter. I help men and women lose weight, get stronger and improve physical fitness. I work with clients of all levels - from beginners to athletes. I train in person in Valasske Mezirici, or online. My approach is individual, friendly and focused on healthy movement.

I offer personal trainer services in the fitness center and conduct fitness training for athletes. Personal training sessions are designed for people who want to give a new impetus to their lives through exercise and, under quality guidance, first bring the body into physical and mental balance and then increase the level of physical abilities.

You can get moving in three parts of our fitness zone. Warm up in the cardio zone, get stronger in the fitness area and calm down in the yoga room. There is something for everyone. You can also take part in regular classes or try our experienced trainers.

Relaxation centre. There is a sauna, fitness room, EMS training and two exercise rooms where yoga, aerobics and salsa classes are held.

Nordic walking - fitness walking. Courses of healthy walking with Nordic walking sticks, advice for the right choice of sticks. Healthy cardiofitness walking combined with movement in nature. Services of a certified Nordic walking instructor.

Sport Abácie is a modern sports center in Nový Jičín featuring one of the largest two-story fitness centers in the region. It offers state-of-the-art equipment for strength and cardio training, badminton, squash, wellness facilities, a private sauna, and a sports bar for active relaxation.

The Lift & Fit sports centre offers modern fitness machines Grünsport, Sterling and Atx, Precor, Matrix, racing discs and axles or treadmills. There is a functionally equipped mirror room and professional personal trainers. Services also include a solarium for relaxation and recovery.
