Personal training sessions are designed for people who want to give a new impetus to their lives through exercise and, under quality guidance, first bring the body into physical and mental balance and then increase the level of physical abilities.

I am a personal fitness trainer and active firefighter. I help men and women lose weight, get stronger and improve physical fitness. I work with clients of all levels - from beginners to athletes. I train in person in Valasske Mezirici, or online. My approach is individual, friendly and focused on healthy movement.

Sport Abácie is a modern sports center in Nový Jičín featuring one of the largest two-story fitness centers in the region. It offers state-of-the-art equipment for strength and cardio training, badminton, squash, wellness facilities, a private sauna, and a sports bar for active relaxation.

I offer comprehensive services as a personal fitness instructor and nutrition consultant. Based on the results of the Inbody body composition analysis and my knowledge, I will create an individual diet program and training plan just for you.

We operate a fitness center. There is also a children's corner, InBody diagnostics and classes for children.
