I am a personal fitness trainer and active firefighter. I help men and women lose weight, get stronger and improve physical fitness. I work with clients of all levels - from beginners to athletes. I train in person in Valasske Mezirici, or online. My approach is individual, friendly and focused on healthy movement.

I offer personal trainer services in the fitness center and conduct fitness training for athletes. Personal training sessions are designed for people who want to give a new impetus to their lives through exercise and, under quality guidance, first bring the body into physical and mental balance and then increase the level of physical abilities.

Sport Abácie is a modern sports center in Nový Jičín featuring one of the largest two-story fitness centers in the region. It offers state-of-the-art equipment for strength and cardio training, badminton, squash, wellness facilities, a private sauna, and a sports bar for active relaxation.

I offer comprehensive services as a personal fitness instructor and nutrition consultant. Based on the results of the Inbody body composition analysis and my knowledge, I will create an individual diet program and training plan just for you.
