We operate a fitness center. We offer yoga, pilates, circuit training, kick boxing, gravity system, cardio zone, latino party mix, personal training, resistance training or exercise for seniors.

We offer fitness trainer services. A form of proper and healthy fitness under the constant supervision of professional trainers with elements of physiotherapy. Post-injury conditions, emphasis on injury prevention in sports or leisure activities is the optimal complement for your training.

The primary goal of the Academy is to advance strength and conditioning training at the level of Czech sports clubs, individual athletes, and amateur athletes. The long-term goal is to create a new system of training that strives for all-round sports readiness.

Operation of the fitness centre. There is a bodybuilding zone, cross zone, fight zone, powerlifting zone.

We participate in official floorball competitions in all categories from the youngest pre-school to the men's team. At the same time we play competition with junior girls, junior girls and senior girls. We accept members as young as 4 years old into the Lion Pack.
