We specialize in acroyoga, a unique combination of yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage. Our classes build strength, flexibility, and mutual trust during practice. We offer workshops for beginners and private lessons to help you learn the basic poses and techniques.

Life Design Studio, located in the city center, was founded by Tereza Kovačovič, B.A., an integrative coach, instructor, and creator of the Somatic Life Design™ method. There, she leads Life Design coaching sessions and her own programs for women and girls that combine body-based work, personal development, and tangible change in everyday life.

I offer yoga classes, health exercise and coaching.
