We combine Spiraldynamics, Pilates and post-rehabilitation exercises with Christian spirituality. We offer online classes to motivate you on your journey to natural movement and mental health. We share our experiences with love and the belief that movement can be a joy, not a duty.

We run a hockey school to improve and enhance players' hockey skills and abilities for successful team performance. We focus on on and off ice training, goalie training and psychological preparation. We organize discussions with NHL players.
