SMT Academy is a sports psychological and mental development centre for sports clubs, coaches, athletes and their parents. We believe that we can change the Czech sports environment for the better through quality mental preparation and mental training.

I provide psychotherapy and psychological counselling. I work with adults of all ages and treat them as equals. I don't deal much with diagnosis or diagnoses. I focus mainly on the topics of high sensitivity, self-worth, boundaries, motivation, meaning, self-knowledge, and dealing with specific situations.

Services in recruitment, HR consulting and coaching.

We offer courses, trainings, individual tuition and education in areas such as telemarketing, sales, presentation and communication skills, personal development, rhetoric, assertiveness and accounting. We run courses for businesses, individuals and the public in the city centre.

We are engaged in providing individual and team coaching and management consulting. We offer a Motivation Map tool, enabling you to measure and work with motivation in yourself and others. We organize Systemic Coaching trainings, workshops focused on communication, time management, collaboration and people management.

Offer educational and counseling services. We provide coaching for individuals and groups. We focus on personnel audits, Assessment Centers and Development Centers.

I offer personal and professional development coaching services.

I teach how to facilitate communication with colleagues and customers. For 20 years. You will be able to reach a favorable agreement, kindly insist on your own, clearly say what bothers you.
