We are a family real estate agency. I have 18 years of experience as a real estate agent, my wife Hanka handles marketing, client care and process coordination. We give our full attention to every sale - from the first consultation to the handover of the keys. Clients come back to us and recommend us further. This is our great success.

We arrange the sale and rental of houses, apartments, cottages, chalets and commercial properties in Vlašim, Benešov and the surrounding area. Fast, cheap, reliable and hassle-free. You will find us on the first floor of the House of Services in Vlasim.

30 years in the real estate market. When I started in 1996, the real estate market looked very different. There were classified ads in the newspaper and a landline on the desk in the office. Everything has changed since then - technology, marketing and market dynamics. But one thing has remained: the value of my word and the trust of my clients.

I offer professional assistance in the sale of houses, flats, land, cottages and chalets, including all services. We are a small family real estate agency. We arrange mortgage loans, property valuations, surveys of property or land, deal with bailiffs. We will help you in buying a property.

Establishing cooperation is first of all an expression of great trust, which is also to a large extent a commitment - not just not to disappoint, but on the contrary to do much more than expected. I am at home in this environment.
