Craniosacral therapy is a gentle manual technique that can effectively and efficiently release tension and tightness stored deep within our bodies. EFT therapy is an emotional form of acupressure. This therapy focuses on removing emotional blocks and discharging negative emotions.

I mainly do experiential art therapy, individual and group, mandala painting, oil painting and self-development courses. The courses are aimed at small groups of people in a family studio with a pleasant and calm atmosphere. And for the ninth year I have also been practicing Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy here.
