In our self-defense club in Opava we train modern real self-defense krav maga and jiu jitsu, supplemented with work with vital kyusho points. The training is focused on real situations, personal safety and practical defence in everyday life. Training is designed for children, youth and adults.

We are engaged in judo and self-defense training. We run a judo school at the kindergarten. Currently we have more than 500 members. We train in 22 teams.

Offering accredited courses in self-defence instructor and martial arts instructor class II. Study MBA, MSc and BSc in Physical Education Management or Security Services and also Psychology and Management. Form of study combined or online correspondence.
