Self-defense training. We organize basic self-defense courses for adults, courses for advanced students, special self-defense for children, thematic seminars, regular classes and private lessons.

Teaching of modern self-defence system.

The first Krav Maga school in the Hradec Kralove region with regular classes. Classes are taught by KMG instructor Bc. Rudolf Kotrč, instructor - lecturer of service training of the Police of the Czech Republic. Experience: instructor, test commissioner, referee and coach of JKA Karate-do, holder of II. Dan, boxing, Aikido, FISFO.

We train the sports of Jiu-Jitsu and Karate.

In our self-defense club in Opava we train modern real self-defense krav maga and jiu jitsu, supplemented with work with vital kyusho points. The training is focused on real situations, personal safety and practical defence in everyday life. Training is designed for children, youth and adults.

Internet sales of karate and other martial arts equipment. We offer kimonos, arm, leg and mouth guards, karate belts, chest protectors, punching bags and more. We are the official e-shop of KAZE. We offer advice and service.

Our goal is to create conditions for active leisure time of children, youth and adults - by offering attractive movement activities of competitive and non-competitive character.

We are one of several dozen clubs in the Czech Republic where the self-defense system of Krav Maga is taught within the Czech section of KMG. We organize regular trainings, courses, thematic seminars for our students.

We are engaged in judo and self-defense training. We run a judo school at the kindergarten. Currently we have more than 500 members. We train in 22 teams.
