We have been operating in Brno since 2012. We conduct practical courses in self-defense, Krav Maga for children, adults, women and professionals. Organizing martial arts courses. In addition to regular courses around the country, we hold regular seminars for both domestic security forces and the general public. Our priorities include imparting the necessary skills to students, increasing their sense of confidence and security.

Offering karate and self-defense courses. In the children's karate club, we mainly focus on children and teenagers, where we make sure that they have the right physical activities, body coordination and first of all karate lessons. The adult karate group takes care of the overall health of a person.

We belong to an association of RBSD clubs focused on training and teaching real self-defense. We understand self-defense as a set of principles, techniques and tactics that have already proven themselves in combat and are applicable under stress. Of particular importance to us is "head" training - that is, training the commitment and will to return home safely.

Gym, boxing room, group classes and boxing. Our fitness centre is over 550m2 and you can use the gym, boxing room and separate cardio room. All with great views across the fully glazed first floor space.
