Krav Maga is a self-defense system that teaches how to prevent, deal with and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks. It was developed in Israel, according to the demands of the modern world and under real conditions. All target groups children, women, men and seniors have their own specific needs and approach.

We operate a sports club focused on karate. The training includes lessons in Shotokan or Kobudo style karate, sport karate, self-defense and additional exercises. We are the only one in the country teaching Saishokido style. We organize various seminars on karate, competitions and matches in this sport. We accept new members.
