We are a construction company and design office. We operate in the region of Kutná Hora, Čáslav and Kolín. Since 1992 we have completed more than 400 buildings and processed more than 1400 projects. 75% of our work consists of reconstruction of buildings of all types and sizes. Others include new constructions of houses and apartments.

I run a custom cabinet shop. I deal with the production of staircases, pergolas, wooden buildings, kitchen units, residential and garden furniture, flooring and PVC.

We offer services in roofing, carpentry and plumbing. We install roof windows, skylights and ventilation turbines. We offer minor masonry work. We carry out laying of new roofs and reconstruction of existing ones. We repair and build roof trusses.

We offer for sale cheap decking of various sizes and qualities. We offer material made of spruce, larch and pine wood. We also sell larch terrace boards and KVH prisms.

Sale of construction timber.

We deal with the construction of wooden buildings, low-energy houses - from design to realization, we build or reconstruct roofs, pergolas, gazebos, garden houses and other wooden structures, we design family houses - brick and prefabricated, we make visualization of the building.

We offer our clients a serious and professional approach to the implementation of their construction. Our strength is the adherence to the agreed terms and prices. We realize the construction of family and apartment houses or their reconstruction. We also provide the preparation of project documentation, including structural assessments.

We manufacture wooden roof truss structures including roofing. Insulation of attics, laying of wooden floors and installation of plasterboard. Reconstruction of roofs with the possibility of repairing damaged parts of the truss. Simpler plumbing and masonry work.

Development of building energy performance certificate PENB ("Energy Punch") and energy audit ("EA"). I carry out energy assessments for the New Green Savings Programme, Boiler subsidies, 2nd round. I offer carpentry work. I do roof repairs and renovations and supply new roof trusses. I carry out ceiling and stair shrouding, fittings installation and scaffolding work. I also focus on woodwork and decorating trusses. I build garden pergolas and gazebos.
