We operate a fitness studio with a beautiful view of the centre of Liberec. We offer exclusive Pilates classes on the REFORMER machine, popular BARRE BODY classes and a wide range of Pilates and yoga classes led by experienced trainers. ZUMBA, TRX, circuit training and POWER PLATE complete our busy schedule.

We run a sports studio in the city centre. We offer a wide range of exercises for women: bosu, zumba and flexi-bar, as well as aerobics with weight training, power yoga, circuit training, slowtoning, fitballs, pilates, bodystyling, portdebras, endorphin dance. We operate a sports club offering recreational activities for children, teens, and adults—including regular exercise classes and the “Sportík” all-sports club, which is designed for children ages 6 to 12. In the summer, we organize day camps called “A Summer Full of Games and Activity,” and during the winter season, we offer ski and snowboard lessons.
