Our fitness center focuses on healthy exercise with elements of developmental kinesiology. We offer group classes with a maximum of 5 people, where the trainer thoroughly checks the correct execution of exercises. We also provide personal training and children's classes. We invite you to try our lessons, we have been offering sports courses for children and adults in all performance categories for 27 years. The founders are Mgr. Kadlecová and Marek Dočekal, successful athletes, representatives and professional coaches.
