BodyBody training is a revolutionary concept in fitness. The workout is based on the method of electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), which acts on the body much more effectively than traditional training methods and thus significantly increases and deepens the effectiveness of the exercise - the whole body (up to 90% of the muscles) is trained within 20 minutes.

Martial Arts School Plzeň offers Allkampf-Jitsu, which is a universal fighting system consisting of effective techniques of several fighting styles such as Karate, Judo, Aikido, Jiu Jitsu, BJJ, Kick boxing and also defense against weapons attack and the use of law enforcement.

We operate a physical education unity. We run football, ice hockey, volleyball, netball and table tennis teams. We have hiking, darts and power-lifting clubs.
