Although it is not a commercial, crowded gym, you will find everything you need for your workout. You don't have to cross people taking more pictures than working out. You have plenty of privacy here and you will definitely never meet more than 8 people at a time.

Operation of fitness center. Sports and exercise programs are provided by certified instructors on specialized sports equipment. We organize classes of zumba, spinning, jumping, fitball, pilates and others.

Our classes include pilates, power yoga, bosu, body shaping, step and dance aerobics, circuit and interval training, kids zumba, cheerleading and more. We provide nutritional counseling and individual consultations, workout and diet programs. Exercise classes for moms with children 18 months and older.

We are a small family studio in the very centre of Pilsen, very easily accessible by public transport and by car. We offer a wide range of group lessons for beginners and advanced. In addition to regular classes, weekend day events, weekend retreats and holidays with exercise by the sea are an integral part of our offer.
