We offer parent-child (infants and toddlers) exercise classes and preschool classes. We promote a relationship with movement and healthy child development. We organize exercises for pregnant women.

We are a small, friendly gym for everyone who wants to feel good in the gym. We offer workouts with a personal trainer. Our private Finnish sauna is the perfect place to relax for 4 - 6 people. The sauna includes a cooling pool and relaxation area. We can adjust the temperature inside the sauna on request.
