We operate a business center. We offer rental of non-residential premises with the provision of basic services ensuring proper operation. There are 3 floors with shops offering clothing, snacks, shoes, sports equipment, electronics and services. The center has a fitness center and Saunia sauna world.

We provide healthy and playful exercise for children. The methodologies of our follow-up courses are based on the findings of psychomotor development and physiotherapy. We offer parent-child (infants and toddlers) exercise classes and preschool classes. We promote a relationship with movement and healthy child development. We organize exercises for pregnant women.

We are a small, friendly gym for everyone who wants to feel good in the gym. We offer workouts with a personal trainer. Our private Finnish sauna is the perfect place to relax for 4 - 6 people. The sauna includes a cooling pool and relaxation area. We can adjust the temperature inside the sauna on request.
