We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We run basketball, badminton and table tennis clubs. We rent a clay court.

You can start coming to us for functional training, cross training, circuit training or even MMA and other combat sports. We have two perfectly equipped gyms, experienced trainers and most importantly a super team of people who simply enjoy working out. We offer sports courses and seminars.

We provide sports activities for all age categories at recreational and higher level. We organize many physical and cultural events for the public, the sokolovna is the largest social building in the village. Our grounds are free to use, there is a free grass pitch for free play without a booking.

On an area of 865 m² you will find everything you need for a healthy lifestyle. You can enjoy a group exercise room, Les Mills programs and a brand new functional studio that will take your workout to the next level. Plus, after your workout, you can reward yourself with relaxation in the solarium.

The club has a spacious fitness and cardiozone, studios for group strength, body & mind or dance classes, a special hall for Group Cycling, a 25-meter stainless steel pool, Relax zone and last but not least a roof terrace.

At TODAY Fitness for Women (formerly Contours Anděl) in Prague 5, we will guide you to your dream figure in a pleasant, modern environment with a friendly atmosphere near the Anděl metro station. We help women of all ages and fitness levels look and feel better. The initial class with a trainer is completely free of charge. We look forward to seeing you.
