The ruins of Přimda Castle stand on top of a rocky ridge above the town of the same name in the northern part of the Bohemian Forest. The first mention of Přimda dates back to 1121. Přimda is thus considered the oldest stone castle on our territory.
We offer a transdisciplinary selection across contemporary visual arts such as prints, drawings, paintings, conceptual art, graphic design, illustration, video art, installations and objects. The gallery focuses mainly on the contemporary art scene and important regional artists.
Luhov Castle is a cultural monument in the Pilsen Region. We provide a tour through the castle interiors and thematic expositions. We offer facilities for wedding ceremonies, cultural events, concerts and stylized photo shoots.
The historic interior of the apartment, which was built into the original house in 1933-1934, was based on a concept by Adolf Loos, which was developed by Loos's pupil and collaborator Heinrich Kulka. Today the building is managed by the West Bohemian Gallery.
