We operate the Julia Winterová-Mezerová Gallery with a permanent exhibition of works representing a cross-section of the painter's oeuvre. We also have thematic exhibitions and other cultural events.

We operate regional television. We produce documentaries, promotional and instructional films, presentation DVDs, event footage or live webcasts. We offer multi-camera screen projections, production of reports, promotional videos and commercials or DVD and CD prints and programme moderation.

The town museum in the old town hall on the square in Úpice offers a permanent exhibition on the life of the Čapek family in Úpice, a gallery of paintings by Julia Winter Mezerová, an ethnographic exhibition, a collection of weapons and fragments from Vízmburk Castle. The Municipal Museum also operates the NKP DřeveĚNKA from the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries.

A bergfrit-type aristocratic castle founded in the 13th century and later equipped with sophisticated architectural features.

The small cultural hall is owned by the city. Cultural and social events are held here. Access to the hall is wheelchair accessible.

Organizing ballroom dance classes, festivals, educational and entertainment programs. Possibility of renting premises for various cultural events.

Permanent puppet stage, rehearsals of dance and music groups, dance and sports classes, large meetings, balls, small balls and dance parties. The Grafoklub hall can be rented by arrangement.
