We are engaged in the operation and rental of a community center and an observatory. We operate a theatre. The theatre houses ballet, drama, opera, chorus or orchestra companies. We provide rentals of the building for performances and concerts, corporate presentations and press conferences. The capacity of the auditorium is 357 seats.
