The castle was built in the Italian Baroque style according to the project of Domenico Martinelli and is one of the most beautiful complexes of its kind in the country. The castle was completed in 1707. It is possible to organize weddings.

The centre includes the area of the Great Morava Square, the information centre and the Jesuit cellar. It is mainly used for various cultural events.
