I organize group and individual yoga classes, yoga therapy, pilates and health exercises for beginners. Possibility to use massage, reflexology, diagnostics using MFK system.

A small studio with a personal approach was established in 2013. It offers yoga therapy for correct posture, Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Feldenkrais® method, Pilates, OM CHANTING, women's circles, dance meditation, therapies (PSYCH-K®, narrative psychotherapy, Bio-Orgonomic healing, cranio-sacral therapy).
