I'm a yoga teacher. I offer seminars, weekend retreats, yoga by the sea or online programs: hormonal yoga for women (yoga routine harmonizes hormone levels, is the solution to most female problems). Hormonal yoga for immunity (to support the immune system), face yoga, pelvic floor yoga.

I am the founder of the aura cleansing method in the Czech Republic. I help to induce inner peace, release emotional traumas through kundalini technique and create natural protection against toxic people and influences using my Aura method. I work intuitively, sensitively and with respect for the needs of each client.

A small studio with a personal approach was established in 2013. It offers yoga therapy for correct posture, Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Feldenkrais® method, Pilates, OM CHANTING, women's circles, dance meditation, therapies (PSYCH-K®, narrative psychotherapy, Bio-Orgonomic healing, cranio-sacral therapy).
