A studio dedicated to teaching yoga and movement classes for different levels of advancement. Offerings include group classes in various styles of yoga, workshops, retreats, online classes and instructor training courses focused on practice development and healthy living.

We hold regular yoga and meditation classes. We focus on meditation practice, vegetarianism, peace of mind, health, karma, problem solving and finding meaning in life. We organize running races, concerts, exhibitions and plays.

We offer experienced lecturers, a cosy interior and a relaxed atmosphere. There is a spacious hall, changing rooms and showers. I am the founder of the aura cleansing method in the Czech Republic. I help to induce inner peace, release emotional traumas through kundalini technique and create natural protection against toxic people and influences using my Aura method. I work intuitively, sensitively and with respect for the needs of each client.

Year-round courses of esoteric integral yoga and esoteric tantra yoga. We offer weekly two-hour classes, demonstration classes from home, individual attention, printed courses, and the background of a spiritual family. Courses include practices beneficial to your health.
