We are a yoga studio in the heart of Vinohrady. Everyone with a genuine interest in yoga practice will find their yoga background in our cosy environment, whether through open classes or (not only) weekend stays, which are open to everyone. We also offer the opportunity to attend a yoga school accredited by the Ministry of Education.

We offer experienced lecturers, a cosy interior and a relaxed atmosphere. There is a spacious hall, changing rooms and showers. A small studio with a personal approach was established in 2013. It offers yoga therapy for correct posture, Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Feldenkrais® method, Pilates, OM CHANTING, women's circles, dance meditation, therapies (PSYCH-K®, narrative psychotherapy, Bio-Orgonomic healing, cranio-sacral therapy).

I am the founder of the aura cleansing method in the Czech Republic. I help to induce inner peace, release emotional traumas through kundalini technique and create natural protection against toxic people and influences using my Aura method. I work intuitively, sensitively and with respect for the needs of each client.
