Bistro operation.

Restaurant with modern Czech cuisine. The emphasis is on quality ingredients from local sources and their processing. The menu also includes steaks made from aged meat with USDA certification, which is one of the modern twists of the whole concept. It's the perfect place for gatherings with friends and corporate events.

Non-smoking bistro with a capacity of 70 seats. Serving breakfasts with a range of homemade cakes, soups, salads and egg specials, fresh pastries, coffee and tea. For lunch, we offer a minimum of two soups and four hot entrees, several types of salads and desserts. We also offer catering and cake making.
