Baking courses - French macaroons, desserts, cakes and tartlets and cakes. The course takes place in a home environment in a cottage overlooking Boubin. The course will teach you how to prepare sweets so that you can bake them at home.

We organize cooking classes for professionals, but especially for the general public. We offer culinary advice, DVDs and books. We also prepare tailor-made courses to suit individuals or whole groups. For professionals we provide seminars and lectures by visiting international experts.

I make cakes, pastries and desserts to order. I teach pastry courses at my cake studio and also online courses.
