Professional organization of professional mountain guides and guides. We organize comprehensive preparatory and continuing education culminating in a national or international examination. We represent the Czech Republic in the international organizations UIMLA and UIAA.

We are a civil association dedicated to protecting and promoting the rights and interests of our members. We specialize in improving labor, wage, professional, material, social and cultural interests. We provide advice on labour and wage issues. We conduct collective bargaining.
