We organize training, first aid courses for companies and the public. We are involved in the development of companies in the field of fire protection, safety and crisis management. We organise team building and accredited retraining. We provide consultation and advice in emergency medicine, safety and crisis management.

We offer courses in military defense style based on Russkoy Systemy and Dim Mak techniques. We organize two-month self-defense courses. The courses provided are suitable for men and women from 15 years of age. Our services also include organizing seminars. We also offer first aid or survival courses.

Running a private kindergarten. We accept children as young as 15 months. We offer a complete educational program in English, trips and activities, thematic, interest groups according to the program and schedule (ceramics, zumba, yoga, golf, horseback riding and more). The kindergarten has both Czech and English speaking teachers.

We offer diving courses in a seawater pool. We provide diving with boat, against the current and at night.

The organization provides medical, rescue, social and humanitarian services, organizes and promotes social and health education for youth. We organize first aid courses. We provide medical assistance and medical supervision at social, sporting and cultural events.

We operate a network of kindergartens with quality English language teaching, individual and kind approach of professional teachers including native speakers and above standard activities. We develop intellectual and creative abilities from the early age of children, we cooperate with Mensa CR.

We organize educational and training events, professional courses, including providing lecturers. We arrange and implement a wide range of outdoor, social and purely sporting events. We organize corporate events and teambuilding programs for work collectives and informal groups.

Offering individual and group Pilates classes. Our studio is equipped with original Pilates machines and equipment. We use the Reformer, Wall Tower, Exo Chair, Foarm Roller, Fitness Circle, Arc Barrel, Bosu and others for exercise.

We offer swimming for babies in tubs, toddlers and children up to 6 years old in salt water. We swim in the pool in the house in Liboc. We organize retraining courses - swimming instructor for infants and toddlers with accreditation of the Ministry of Education.

Studio focused on exercise for women, pregnant and postpartum women, Pilates, ball exercises, exercise for all ages and non-athletes. Currently we offer individual exercise classes, exercise according to L. Mojžíšová online.
