We offer tai chi and qigong classes for adults and children that promote health and well-being. Our classes are designed for both beginners and advanced students. In addition to group classes, we also offer private lessons and gift certificates. Come experience the harmony of movement with us.

The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.
