The school provides regular training sessions for its members on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Prague 5 Primary School, ul. Weberova and on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the primary school in Týnec nad Sázavou. We also organize 4 training camps, 5 competitions, 2 exams and trips to competitions and seminars of CST ITF for our members.

Taekwondo martial arts training. We teach basic movements, combat training and self-defense. We participate in competitions and tournaments. Taekwondo can be actively practiced at virtually any age - from school age to retirement. We organize various camps.

Teaching Korean martial arts taekwondo, hapkido, bongsul, nunchaku, hosinsul and komdo under the guidance of a Korean master.

Offering Chinese Kung Fu lessons.

School of martial arts provides real self-defense and practical martial arts Wing Chun, Qi kung and meditation. What I offer: group classes for parents and teens, programs for executives and entrepreneurs, individual and group classes. Private setting with free parking.

Korean self-defense training. Organizing weekend camps and courses. Our school is an organizer of masters league rounds. Recruitments take place all year round by individual agreement. Training is for pre-school children aged 6 and up, students, juniors, seniors, and parents with children.

Offering courses and training in the Korean martial art of Taekwondo. We provide the possibility of individual program or intensive training in the form of short-term seminar.

We are an official IKMF affiliate offering an effective cow-maga self-defense system for all ages. We teach techniques to defend against various attacks and believe that everyone can learn to defend themselves. We also organize suburban camps for children.

We teach the martial art of Aikido Iwama Ryu. We emphasize real self-defense and correct execution of techniques. Due to the low demand on physical strength, classes are suitable for men, women and children.

Offering self-defense training in the form of jiu - jitsu.

We provide karate, self-defense and health exercises classes. Our clients are divided into age categories. We provide individual and group lessons. We strive to develop versatility, discipline, performance, technique, precision, harmony and recovery.
