We conduct judo and self-defense training for children and youth. We develop all-round mobility, physical and mental strength. Children learn the basics of movement skills, gymnastics, acrobatics and falling techniques. Our mentees can participate in judo competitions and many more year round. We look forward to seeing you.

We offer qualified judo training at a high level. Trainings are conducted by professional trainers. Here you will not only learn the martial art of judo, but also experience the fun and joy of movement. You will increase your self-confidence.

We run a sports club focused on the Japanese martial art Aikido. We teach Aikido to be functional and useful for life as it is. Our classes include instruction with weapons. You can come to us to practice and learn about our concept of Aikido. We accept new members from 14 to 99 years old (guys 40+ are welcome).

Offering martial arts instruction.

We offer classes in Aikido and other martial arts. Aikido is a Japanese martial art, created from ancient classical forms of combat and self-defense. It includes both forms without and with weapons. It is about developing physical and mental skills.

Our training center is a modern martial arts and sports center. We teach Kickboxing, Self-defense Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing, BJJ, Grappling and MMA. The training is designed for children from 4 years old and adults in a fitness or competitive way. Initial training is free and recruitment takes place throughout the year.

Year-round TAEKWONDO WTF classes throughout Prague, Korean martial sport for children and adults. Ongoing recruitment, camps, possibility of competitions. Classes are taught by black belt holders. We train at 18 branches.

We offer Taichi (Taichi) and Qigong (Qigong) exercises for beginners, women and men for strong health and self-defense skills. Training 2 - 3 times a week, weekend seminars, camps and retreats. Taichi training for children.

Taekwondo, the Korean art of self-defense.

Karate sports club, exercises for children and adults, teaching Shotokan style (kata, kihon, kumite). Physical training, fitness exercises, martial arts and self-defense. We also teach bushido, self-control, personal discipline, and respect for yourself and your opponents. We accept new members who are interested in self-defense.
