Tae Kwon-Do is a Korean art of self-defense whose main mission is to defend an unarmed person against a stronger or armed attacker. We hold regular training sessions in the gym.

Whether you are interested in boxing or any other sport in our range, we are here for you. Those interested can train under the supervision of an experienced coach, professional world champion in boxing organization GBF, finalist of the sportsman of the year, medalist of the Czech Championship in boxing and fitness, DANIEL VENCEL.

We are based on the most effective system of Krav Maga (Hebrew for "close combat"). Children deal with risky situations on a physical or preventative level. Classes include motor development, coordination of children's movements, strengthening and thematic games.

Martial arts club, we train mma, Brazilian jiu jitsu, Thai boxing and street fighting (self-defense). From September 2025 we train children and professional courses for the public and the armed forces. Lectures on safety and street fighting, self-defense and martial arts.

We provide karate, self-defense and health exercises classes. Our clients are divided into age categories. We provide individual and group lessons. We strive to develop versatility, discipline, performance, technique, precision, harmony and recovery.
