Teaching the modern Korean self-defense art of Tae Kwon Do ITF since 1994.

We teach the Wing Tsun self-defense system and at the same time organize courses, lectures and seminars in the field of violent crime prevention. A special area is organizing seminars, courses and lectures for children, professionals from the Police of the Czech Republic, Municipal Police, health professionals, authorities, etc.

Judo training for children from 6 years old and for adults. It doesn't matter if you want to compete or do judo for the joy of movement - with us the door is always open. Our aim is to give all people the opportunity to train according to the principles of judo: courtesy, courage, honesty, modesty, respect, self-control, friendship.

We are an Olympic karate club operating in the Moravian-Silesian region, specifically Ostrava and its surroundings. We are a medal successful club since at least 2016.

The course for beginners is aimed at developing the correct movements to use in basic self-defence. The training is conducted in a traditional manner, where emphasis is placed on strengthening and stretching the body, self-defense techniques of basic defensive and offensive application.
