The Chinese martial art of Wing Chun offers not only an effective system for self-defense, but also has benefits in many other areas, such as increasing self-confidence, improving physical fitness, deepening relaxation, concentration and coordination, for anyone regardless of age, gender and constitution.

We teach the Korean martial art of self-defense taekwondo itf. The main task is to pass on this martial art to all who are interested in it. We try to pass on the moral principles and ideas that the founder, General Choi Hong-hi, considered important even today.

You can start training karate, self-defense and fitness classes (morning circle, afternoon circle, core, TRX and more). Classes are divided into age and performance groups.
