We offer basic and advanced self-defense courses. With us you can try all the techniques to the fullest by our instructors. We organise a sports club for children and young people focusing on judo. We participate in judo tournaments and competitions. We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. The children learn basic movement skills, basic gymnastics and acrobatics, and tumbling technique.

School of Japanese martial arts Aikido (including applications of Kyousho Jitsu - use of vital points). We offer trainings for people from 8 years old, beginners and advanced.

We run a sports club focused on the Japanese martial art Aikido. We teach Aikido to be functional and useful for life as it is. Our classes include instruction with weapons. You can come to us to practice and learn about our concept of Aikido. We accept new members from 14 to 99 years old (guys 40+ are welcome).
