I organize martial arts courses Kodokan Judo focusing on children, students and adults. I offer self-defense courses. We strive to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength. Children and adults will learn the basics of gymnastics and acrobatics, basic movement skills and falling technique.

We offer classes and private lessons focusing on Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Modern Arnis and self defence. We deal with conditioning kickboxing full-contact style FULLCONTACT, KICKBOX - LOW KICK, K-1 and semi-contact style LIGHTCONTACT and SEMICONTACT. We also provide programs for practitioners 30 years of age and up.

We are engaged in bringing together fans of the Chinese martial art of Wing Chun Kuen in the Czech Republic. We offer regular Wing Chun and Kung Fu courses. We organize for our members training stays, visits to old generation masters and research trips to different schools of Wing Chun Kuen.

We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. The children learn basic movement skills, basic gymnastics and acrobatics, and tumbling technique.

We offer basic and advanced self-defense courses. With us you can try all the techniques to the fullest by our instructors. Our centre was established in 2011 to offer traditional karate training to children and adults. Our training sessions are specifically targeted and divided into age groups according to developmental stages with a focus on motor development, concentration and discipline.
