We organise a sports club for children and young people focusing on judo. We participate in competitions and tournaments in judo. Children learn the basics of gymnastics and acrobatics, basic movement skills and fall technique. We strive to develop all-round mobility in the trainees.

We operate an association dedicated to teaching the Korean martial art of Teakwon-Do. Taekwon-Do strengthens the mental side of a person at the same time as developing physical fitness.

Taekwondo martial arts training. We teach basic movements, combat training and self-defense. We participate in competitions and tournaments. Taekwondo can be actively practiced at virtually any age - from school age to retirement. We organize various camps.

Operation of a martial arts academy. Our classes teach karate, kickboxing, self-defense SDS (StretDefenceSystem), Jiu-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, weight training and conditioning. Private training is possible. We have been here since 1985.

We offer grappling (no-gi BJJ) training - starting in 2024. Fighting on the ground is not ground-level fun. No punches, no kimono, safe.

We offer basic and advanced self-defense courses. With us you can try all the techniques to the fullest by our instructors. The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.

Taichi 24 Forem - for everyone (adults, children). Group lessons, individual lessons, qigong, self-defense, weekend classes, summer camp. We accept new people interested in practicing (school children and adults).
