We organize swimming courses for children ages 3 to 10, with or without parents, in a heated pool maintained at 28°C—the lessons include only massages; there is no sauna here. We offer swimming classes for infants, toddlers, parents with children, and children without parents, as well as swimming programs for preschools and schools. Our swimming program includes swimming lessons, sauna sessions, and massages. We swim without any aids attached to the body, thereby teaching children to move naturally in the water, practice self-rescue, and develop the ability to move independently and freely.
