The course includes steam and sauna as well as a hot tub for parents and children. There is also an acclimatisation room for children where you can heat up pap for the kids.

We run swimming lessons for parents with children. We offer our own pools, professional lesson management. Swimming for babies, infants, toddlers, young children and swimming for pregnant women is offered. We teach children to love the water. Possibility of aqua aerobics or powerlates classes.

I am the founder of Aquatics Prague, a swimming coach of the first class and the author of the teaching method Swimming with Plavl and Plavlina, which I have published as a richly illustrated book with funny poems. The book advises not only coaches and parents on how to do it. It teaches children to swim correctly, effectively, playfully and safely.
