Running a bakery specialising in healthy baked goods. Offering sourdough bread and biscuits baked according to the principles of a healthy diet exclusively from sourdough bread. It contains no eggs, milk or animal fat and is therefore considered healthier and easier to digest.

We are a small bakery in the heart of the city, specializing in sourdough bread. We used to bake for our friends so often and in such quantities that our home kitchen was no longer sufficient. And so our bakery was born.

We run the first Greek bakery and café in Brno.
