Our mini bakery focuses on handmade quality sourdough bread according to traditional recipes. We bake with love and passion, using only natural ingredients and making sure the dough is properly aged. Our goal is to bring people tasty and healthy bread that brings people together around the table.

Artisan Bakery. We specialize in sourdough bread, sweet and savory pastries, and desserts. Our breads are made exclusively with active sourdough starter, flour, water, and salt. Available for purchase only at Café Tereza or on Rohlik.cz.

Pizza made with only the best ingredients. The dough is made according to traditional methods and left to mature for at least 24 hours. We use flour from a mill that is one of the best in Italy. You can taste a completely different pizza from what you are used to.
