The beer is brewed according to traditional production methods, i.e. brewhouse, taproom, cellar. It offers a total of 14 bottom-fermented lagers, including unfiltered specials.

We produce traditional unpasteurized beers from quality ingredients. Water from our own deep wells, hops from our own hop farms in Polepské Blaty and malt from independent Moravian and Czech maltings. In our premises we offer brewery tours, accommodation in the castle hotel, shop and restaurant.

We proceed in such a way that even the founder of the brewery, Archduke Franz Ferdinand dÉste himself, can be proud of us.

We operate a brewery and also a beer hall offering hot and cold food or drinks and unfiltered beer. Possibility of organizing corporate parties, family celebrations, wedding receptions and excursions with beer tasting. Our beer is natural without chemical additives, filtration and pasteurization.
